Builder beware: I would like formally address significant concerns regarding the construction of my home by Frazier Homes.Throughout the project, we experienced improper accounting and mismanagement. There were multiple instances where the project's accounting was found to be inaccurate, including unauthorized purchases by our project manager for personal expenses such as cokes and lunch charged to our account.Furthermore, the high employee turnover, specifically having three different selection coordinators, led to numerous delays and errors for which Frazier Homes failed to take responsibility.Frazier Homes ultimately walked away from the job, leaving me with over $100,000 in necessary repairs to my terraces. Compounding these issues, Frazier Homes knowingly provided false information to file a lien on my property. Very dishonest.Due to these serious issues, we will be contacting the Home Builders Association in Cincinnati, the Attorney General's office in Ohio, and pursuing legal action.
