We built our home with The Arthur Rutenberg team of Ian, Julie, Shannon, and Mike and it went so smooth and perfect I almost couldn't believe it! My parents had a GREAT experience building with Arthur Rutenberg Homes! They are older and required a little more patience than your average new home purchaser. Ian and Shannon were SO patient and spent more than the expected time making sure things were right and to my parents liking. It was a difficult move/decision after living in the same house for 42 years but Ian and his team made the transition for my parents an enjoyable experience!
