We purchased from Homes by Guardian in 2025. Their team was amazing on every front and we absolutely love the home. Repairs have been done within minutes and the quality of the work is top notch. We purchased our Guardian home in Whitney Ranch in 2021after years of remodeling our 1955 brick home. The process was so much easier than we anticipated. Our lawn and a few trees were included. The walking path was important to us and will eventually connect with the northern greenway.We felt communication was open and were able to upgrade the design as we liked. My wife and I recently purchased a new home by guardian in Whitney Ranch. Living on Maui makes doing a home tour a little difficult,i however our Wyoming family visited homes for us taking videos for us to join the tours. Our family consistently shared with us how great the Guardian team was in assisting them, us in the process. It was obvious while watching/listening to the videos how courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to assist the Guardian team is. They truly did care about our situation and went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable and productive.
