This is a really poor company to work with. They have their business model set to take advantage of their contractors. I’ve been waiting for month to get paid for a small job and I’m continually given the run around or told I need all sorts of different items before they can pay.When booked we were all in agreement job would be paid upon completion with a card. Now I’m months out and have to hand this issue over to my attorney.
We purchased a 2 year old GCB home roughly 9 years ago. GCB built our home with a casual timeless elegance that exudes charm inside and out. Their color choices and finishes give character and “wow” factor in all the right places.Being the second owner, we did not walk through the building process of our home with GCB, however, they stand behind their homes and we have been beyond impressed with their customer service. We’ve had direct access to GCB for any concerns or questions. They have been prompt in providing support from referrals to maintenance answers and beyond. We’ve especially appreciated their thoughtful referrals to high quality tradespeople that balance superior workmanship within an appropriate budget. For us, this continued support is invaluable and therefore we highly recommend GCB.
John and the Grande team were amazing to work with and built us the most beautiful house. I am so proud of the work they did and we constantly get comments about our house design and build and always give the GCB team all the credit. We got in early on a spec house and although they gave us the option to make changes, we didn't change anything (except in yard) since it was perfect already. Since we've moved in they have stopped by multiple times to make sure everything is going well and no issues have popped up. I can't recommend them more!
We completed our home with Grande about four months ago and we absolutely love it! We completed our custom home build with GCB about 18 months ago and absolutely love our home. It was very fulfilling working with John and his team to build our dream home. John brought great ideas and experience from his other builds that we used as inspiration for our home.
