I was going to build with Copper, but Señor Wade of the company. I say, somethin is VERY fishy about Señor. I do not trust this company or man with female hair bun.God bless you if you build with this builder of Copper
While I am sure the quality of the homes are fine, I have been living across from one of the sites on Queens, and for months have been woken up by 5am deliveries with backup beeping and offloading that feels like an earth quake, followed by ALL DAY beeping that my coworking can hear on zoom and has sent my dog into a complete anxiety spiral.When I say it is all day, I mean the beeping is constant. I have also been going through treatments for health issues and can’t take naps because it’s impossible to sleep in my own house while they are working.I’ve lived by other sites and residential construction many times and never has it been this disruptive to the community around.
From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Huge shoutout to Mrs. Brittni Tudor for making the process so easy and convenient, and to Tim Dillon, project manager, for being so helpful and communicative. There’s a reason they’re 3x Builder of the Year — highly recommend!
I contacted Copper Builders to have some expansion work done to my primary residence. I was interested in this company due to their positive reviews. Unfortunately, I have not had the same experience. I had a telephone meeting with Jahmeil on June 9th. He never called. I finally found his number and called him. The conversation was very brief. I then had a virtual meeting with Kelsey on June 11. This took less than 5 minutes. I was supposed to hear back from her regarding an on site visit on June 16th and have not heard anything from her since. I've reached back out to Jahmeil as i do not have contact information for Kelsey and he was less than helpful.
COPPER BUILDERS built my client's home in Apex, NC (Raleigh market) and it is stunning. Great attention to detail. Thoughtful and uniques finishes. Great design. They were easy to work with on changes, additions and change orders. They didn't nickel and dime the buyers. A big shout out to Connor, Copper's onsite builder, who went above and beyond to make everything perfect and keep communication open and transparent. 5-stars! Would definitely recommend to buyer clients in the future.
