True Homes built me an investor home in Fort Mill, S.C. It was a great experience overall and the home turned out really nice. We had a little delay from the utility company, but True couldn't do anything about that. Once the home was completed I listed it for sale and had a contract on it within 2 weeks. Great company to work with.

Friendly staff (one person) make appointment! Very busy, walked in 2pm on a Wednesday. Back up at door. No brochures available until you get the pitch. Didn't want to hang out for hours. Just like everywhere, under staffed. Lovely model, a lot of home sites coming, a lot( to many)of floor plans available. Hard to narrow down. Should have packages with common upgrades and pricing (ie DR Horton) Remote location, the land, old farms must be cheap. Address says Mt. Holly but actually Stanley.
