We just closed on our new custom Hobba Built Home. This was our fourth new home we've built in our 32 years of marriage. I must say with no doubt that this was the best experience ever. The Hobba Team were amazing to work with!! One of the greatest attributes with this team is they listened to our needs, ideas and concerns. Then we were able to come up with a plan that worked for everyone. 5 Stars is not enough for Dave and Cheryl Hobba and the entire Hobba Team!! Dave Hobba Builders just completed our new home. We couldn't be happier. Construction is of the highest quality and finishes are all upper end. They made building a new home as stress free as possible. My wife and I are in our 70's so I'm sure this is the last home we will build but I recommend them very highly to those who are considering building.
Relocating back to West Virginia was a major decision for us and we are grateful we were led to Dave Hobba Builder. Our experiences with Dave Hobba, Cheryl Hobba and all their team were refreshingly different from other experiences we have had in building a home. They were extremely clear and knowledgeable in taking our home plan from paper to reality. They walked us through each phase of the project and delivered a superior quality product. Each member of the team responded promptly and professionally to any questions or changes we had including the final walk through day. Mark and Bruce were extremely patient with our questions and almost daily visits. to the site. We felt we had made good friends in addition to having a supportive team.
