do not rent (or even buy) from these people!! they REFUSE to answer the phone, texts, voicemails, emails, letters, etc. for months when health & safety issues have been reported to them that they are well aware of, They will NOT and avoid to fix anything as promised prior to move in. This includes but is definitely not limited to mold/mildew, appliances that do not work or only partially work, electrical issues, and more!! Especially when they are full aware of children in the home also! ~slumlords~ STAY AWAY

I have had the absolute best experience living in this rental! From the very beginning, the landlord has been incredibly responsive, professional, and truly cares about maintaining a positive living environment. The property was always well-maintained, and any concerns or maintenance requests were addressed promptly and with care. The communication was always clear, and I felt valued as a tenant throughout my entire stay. It’s rare to find a landlord who genuinely prioritizes the comfort and satisfaction of their tenants, and I’m so grateful to have had that experience here. Highly recommend!

I sold these gentlemen (owner finance with a balloon) several properties and have been trying to get them to pay for them per the agreement for almost a year past the close date. I’ve been more than gracious. I have previously written bad reviews and deleted them, because they agreed to hurry things along and did pay some of it. Since they have taken my property under the owner finance agreement, they have allowed a lot of damage to the properties by mismanagement. As far as communication is concerned, it’s terrible. They will not call you back or communicate unless you force them to. Of course, when they do call it will always be an excuse. Essentially they will run away for their responsibilities. I’m in the military and currently off serving… and this has caused me to not be able to move on and purchase a property for my own family. It pains me to write this review because I honestly felt them to be honorable, I simply do not want someone else to have this experience.

Stephanie has such a positive attitude and is fully committed to resolving any issue that comes up. Over these last two years she has made herself available by email, phone and text as needed. She is extremely efficient and knowledgeable. It’s been a pleasure to have her as a manager.
When I first reached out to find an apartment for my sister I worked with Jordan. He changed his schedule to accommodate my sister. Very kind and helpful. Would definitely work with him again!

I rented a nice house in South Charleston from this company and mostly communicated with Jordan. He was always very professional and extremely prompt with communication. If I ever had a question or issue arise, he was always reliable with an answer and quick response of getting it fixed! Great company to rent from!
