We hired Peartree to build an addition for our house that included a nursery, a bathroom, and a mudroom. They did great work. Peartree was a great team and delivered everything we agreed to. I wanted to add a covered patio to existing home with an integrated roof and extended cement pad, with all new roofing. I also wanted them to correct some pre-existing roof issues and other smaller items. They listened to everything and provided a reasonable bid price. They were professional and had a great project management process and team. I would, and have recommended them to several other neighbors who also want a quality construction experience
The team at Peartree did a fantastic job with a small renovation for us! Communication was excellent throughout, everyone was pleasant and professional, and the job was finished on time. David, Brooks and Jim are good people - honest, ethical, and they take pride in their work. Jim especially was super nice and communicated clearly during the process. We never felt like we didn’t know what was going on and where they were in the process. They were also very accomodating when we needed to visit mid-project - going above and beyond to make our quick trip comfortable. I would highly recommend Peartree!
