This is the 4th home I’ve had built, and this by far has blown all the others away. Peyton, our project manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Throughout the build it was clear he was very skilled and was going to build us a quality home. Having him build our home, was truly a fantastic experience. During our design process, Alyssa was fantastic to deal with and anytime I asked “can you guys do this,” her immediate answer was either yes or let me work on it. With any higher level issues that came up, Jonathan and Rachel were able to quickly work to resolve the issue. I have been in my home about a month and could not be more pleased. The few issues that have come up, have been addressed promptly. If we needed to build another home, I would definitely choose Homes By Dickerson again! Homes by Dickerson provides a quality home at a fair price. Their homes reflect a level of craftsmanship not seen in most regional or national builders. Our home in Nexton outside of Charleston is very nice. Many of our neighbors wish they had HBD homes as compared to problem - riddled builds by other Nexton builders. We are thankful to have chosen HBD for our new home builder.
The product that Dickerson delivered us was beyond our expectations. Lauren (their designer) was so patient with me and provided great input in carefully selecting the colors, tile, flooring etc. of our home. Cinco (our super), was by far the most sensational part about working with Homes by Dickerson, and Amanda was just as excited for us as if she were building her own home. Cinco's attention to detail, expertise, and patience is unmatched and would build anywhere that he is the project manager. He was so patient and provided valuable input in numerous design decisions that left no stone unturned, from the custom closet designs, additional window placements, GORGEOUS stair railing, and much more. If you’re familiar with the builders in the area, when you walk in my home you know who built it without even having to ask.If you are looking to build in the area, PLEASE take a look at HBD. The base price of their homes are very close to what you pay after design verses their competitors. Their competitors have a lower listing price because they include NOTHING and require you to upgrade EVERYTHING, you will end up paying more for less.Our experience with the warranty rep, Kelly, has been amazing! She’s communicative, kind, and makes me feel that any problem can be solved!
