Nothing but good things to say about the whole project. From the start we were somewhat skeptical about building a custom home, with all the horror stories we've heard from others building their houses, about delays and cost over runs. But we experienced none of that. From planning, to completion and after care, with Blanton, we feel we were treated exceptionally well. Our PM, Will, met every need, while making sure we were happy with the results. We can't say enough good things to express our gratitude for their professionalism and kindness. They were timely in answering all our niave questions with patience and understanding. All personnel that we had contact with where rated 6 out 5 stars. Most reviews are written at the time of completion, so I don’t feel like people get a true picture of the home. Well…1.5 years into our home, and it’s incredible. Well still love every single thing about it. From Brady helping us out through the project, Joselyn helping us pick our colors, etc. Nancy staying on top of the admin side, Will being the PM on it, and Blanton helping out on the backend, we love AHP.Quality build with quality people for a price we could afford.

I was very confused when I started out looking for someone to build a house for me. I had tried a different. Builder was not real satisfied and moved away from that one. I went online and found America’s Home Place and saw the good reviews that the Builder was getting. They were great from the beginning to the very end. They built my house in 92 days. The customization that didn’t cost any extra is so special with quartz countertops and shaker style cabinets the LVP flooring. I even got to choose the hardware in my house on my doors. I got to choose the light in my dining room And they even put up a fan in my living room for me. I would recommend America’s Home Place as the greatest place to go. If you want to have a house built, they sit with you they talk with you. You know all the cost upfront. It came out that my house went to build it into from beginning to end ended up being $8200 less than what they had estimated. The people work with you the builders work with you the finance guys work with you and all the way along the process, everybody keeps you informed of every step everything it needs to be done and I couldn’t have had a better experience. If you wanna build a house, use America’s Home Place you will be very very satisfied. And if you’re lucky enough to get Josh as your Builder, you’ll be really, really lucky.
