These folks are building a massive home in our mature neighbourhood. I have tried to call the company numerous times about the actions of their employees and have heard no response. No call backs and no accountability. No one ever answers the phone at this company.Their employees and sub contractors have zero regard for the damage they have been inflicting on neighbouring properties. Curbs have been destroyed, landscaping has been driven over, irrigation systems have been crushed and garbage gets tossed on the road. I have been physically threatened by one of their workers when I have voiced my concern over the way they park in our neighbourhood. Just disgraceful behaviour from their crews. There is really no way of getting the attention of anyone in this company other than writing a Google review.Best of luck with your new dream build, I would never use this company.
WOW! That's my first thoughts. This team is impressive. Every project manager I have dealt with at this company has shown extreme commitment and professionalism. Seeing the homes they bring to life has made me think on multiple occasions of applying for a job at Rockwood Custom Homes! The homes I've seen them build make most homes look like shanties. These guys know what they are doing and do things well! Keep it up Rockwood! I'm your biggest fan!

I met the owner Allison Grafton at a WXN event in 2014. Allison truly stands out, as her dedication, professionalism and her passion for home building, is evident.My husband and I had a larger home in Mount Royal that needed extensive renovations. There was only one builder I personally wanted to work with, as their design team, their accounting, their leadership and project management was bar far none, the best.I know this first hand as my husband and I own a Real Estate Development company, but we develop commercial mainly, and have done a couple of our personal homes. Its not easy managing all the different aspects, decision making and ensuring the project is on time and on budget. However working with Rockwood Homes, they did just that, they made life easier for us where we could do what we do best.If you area searching for an over the top, true 5 star experience, Rockwood Homes is it. They have earned my 5 star review.
