We had a great experience working with Kanwal from 88 Homes, who completed our home in 2023. From signing the papers to receiving our occupancy permit, the entire process took just under a year and a half. Throughout the build, Kanwal was easy to reach and always took the time to explain each step. While there were delays with some of the trades as expected, he consistently kept us informed with updates and next steps, which we really appreciated.Now that we have lived in our home for the past two years, we are happy with the overall quality and craftsmanship.
