Very professional and timely. When Karen gives a timeline she follows through.I would recommend HP Modular Homes to anyone looking at Modular’s. The fixtures aren’t the cheap no name brands that are usually installed in prefab home ,they are quality brand name fixtures. The homes are heavily built and the finished work done by Karen and crew is very nice. We are very happy with how the house finished out.

Karen and her team are absolute pleasures to work with. Our time frame kept being pushed back by multiple land issues and she was with us every step of the way. I am so happy that she was there to guide us through this process to getting exactly what we wanted.

Karen Gagne with HPM pulled through with her crew to finish the interior design of our Main Street location in Newport, Vermont. Karen’s professional expertise was on point with our vision for design. They worked fast with a high quality product. We highly recommend High Performance Modular for any project you may have.

We highly recommend HP Modular Homes. The quality of the construction is excellent. Karen worked with us through the entire process and was readily available to answer any questions. We moved into our home within 6 months of signing the final contract as promised. Upon completion, Karen promptly corrected the few minor issues that arose. One downside is the houses arrive primed but not painted. There were a couple of finishing touches we would have changed in our original plan, however, overall, we are very pleased with our decision to work with this company.

Karen and her wonderful team did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. Having been a Carpenter for nearly a decade in my earlier years I knew what to watch for and expect from a good builder. From the flexibility in the design process to the communication on owner preferences and how to best meet them High Performance Modular homes met and exceeded our needs. Their timeline was exceptional in comparison to people I know who were utilizing other local Modular home companies for their builds. Check them out on Facebook under Highperformance Modularhomes for recent pics of our home as well as their past projects. I highly recommend them.
