My house was recently completed by Tallman Segerson Builders. It is beautiful, well built and I love it. My experience with them and my new house exceeded my expectations. The company is amazing. Very professional, with high integrity. They care about their houses and their clients. The entire building process was very interesting. As the client, I had a team that met every week for about a year. There was always an agenda. Minutes were recorded and sent out to everyone, issues were discussed and resolved at these meetings. Sub contractors were reliable and professional. My site manager, Thor was fabulous.. I think, some of the challenges were a little different as my house is very contemporary and my architect called for unusual materials and construction. But everything worked out so well that I would do it again!
We used Tallman Segerson Builders for a major renovation project, which basically consisted of knocking down an existing structure and building a new home. I had only heard horror stories from friends and family who had undertaken similar projects and assumed our experience would be no different. To my surprise, the exact opposite occurred and that is due in large part to the professionals at Tallman Segerson Builders. Not only were they able to complete the project on time and within budget, the quality of the work is top notch. They worked seamlessly with our architect and interior designer, and kept the various parties coordinated through the use of weekly web-conferences. All parties involved in the project were on the same page and Tallman acted as the quarterback. Decisions were made quickly, and this kept the project moving. When we encountered unforeseen issues, the Tallman team was able to quickly come up with solutions. Today, we have the house of our dreams. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. Lastly, the Tallman team doesn't disappear once the job is done. Whenever little issues arose post-construction, the Tallman team always made themselves available to come fix them. I am looking forward to our next project and will be sure the Tallman team is part of it.
