Five stars really might not be sufficient to describe our experience with RPM home. We completed a new build with this incredibly professional and talented team in February 2022, and truly could not be happier or more satisfied with the finished project. Our build was by no means simple or straightforward - a challenging site that was met with numerous unexpected COVID and town related delays out of RPM's control. However, owner Ryan Moran and our incredibly dedicated project manager, Kevin Poole, guided us through these challenges with patience, kindness and their collective expertise. They connected us with the very best architects, lawyers, landscape designers and sub-contractors who worked together seamlessly to create a dream home that far exceeded even our wildest expectations when we first purchased this property. Once construction was underway, they adhered to their projected timetable to the day, in spite of dealing with protracted supply chain disruptions throughout 2021. We have now been living in our home for nearly 1.5 years, and it is truly perfect. RPM has stood by their product 100% and the very few minor growing pains we have experienced have been promptly and efficiently addressed. This is unsurprising, as Ryan, Kevin, Fred, Mike, Willie and their extended partners are truly wonderful people - honest, dependable, kind, intelligent, patient and genuinely likable. If we were ever to embark on another project of this scope, they would be our very first call, and we would not hesitate to give a wholehearted recommendation of their services to anyone who asked.
I can't say enough good things about RPM. I am an Architect and a homeowner so I approach all construction with "interest". RPM HOME - especially Fred Jenkins- helped us upgrade our beach house. The important ingredients of 'quality, time , and budget' were there and I give RPM HOME a triple A rating. On time, On budget, and Great Quality.
RPM Home was amazing to work with from start to finish. They designed and built our home in New Canaan and we couldn't be any happier with the finished product. They delivered on time, a high quality product and all their sub-contractors were amazing craftsmen; from the framers to the trim team. The project manager Fred was also terrific. We’ve known Ryan Moran from RPM home for a long time and have followed his work closely. Ryan and team take great pride in their end product and go out of their way to make the customer happy. And we are very happy! From initial design all the way through punch list, RPM was responsive, honest and hard working. If you're looking for an average home built with lowest cost trades, RPM's not for you. But if you're looking for a custom home where craftsmanship and attention to detail is apparent from every one of their subs, then look no further! What became very apparent to us over the course of the project was not only how skilled their trades were, but how well RPM treated everyone on the job.
