As other reviews have said, Bluewater is awesome. We built our new home with them and the process, end product, and outcome were spectacular. What differentiates Bluewater is the people: Bob, Darren, Izzy, Wade, Kirsten and others on the team all work to make the process seamless, and are able to have the firepower and overall support to solve issues when they arrive. Their project management team has 100s of houses under their belt, and the subcontractors have worked with Bluewater forever, resulting in an great finished product. They build a very high end home, and are fair and honest with their customers and always stand behind their work. Their custom cabinetry work, for example, is superior to anything we've seen locally. In a business that can be messy and complicated, they make it easy and, I hate to say it, fun!
