We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Rock Cliff Homes. They transformed our three-bedroom, two-bath bungalow in The Blue Mountains into a stunning six-bedroom, four-bath home, and somehow managed to stay on budget and ahead of schedule, which still amazes us.

Working with the owners, Ali and Roman, was a fantastic experience from start to finish. They were professional, transparent, and genuinely invested in delivering exceptional results.

One thing that truly stood out was how they handled challenges outside of their control. They worked alongside a very difficult landscaper who was constantly on site, consistently late, and unable to stay on timeline. Despite that added pressure, Rock Cliff Homes remained professional, collaborative, and solutions-focused throughout the entire process.

Their head contractor, Jay, was always on call, always present, and always available to help. The job site was kept impressively clean and organized, which allowed us to enjoy our backyard throughout the summer, even while the landscaping was still unfinished. That level of consideration made a huge difference to our family.

Even years later, Jay still comes by when repairs are needed, a level of follow-through and accountability that is incredibly rare in this industry.

Rock Cliff Custom Homes renovated our home in North Toronto and we’re genuinely so happy with the experience and the result. Our PM, Connor and Alli were both amazing — organized, responsive, calm, and always on top of things. They made the permits/design process feel easy, worked seamlessly with our designer (MCR Interiors), and even added smart ideas that improved the final design. They also coordinated well with our landscaper, which helped everything come together smoothly.
