I engaged Ahmad under a contract to build a custom home. After paying $560,000 deposit we have received absolutely nothing in return except excuses, delays, and the constant runaround. No work has been completed, no progress has been shown, and no meaningful communication has been provided.When we demanded our money back, we were told the deposit was “non-refundable,” despite the fact that nothing has been delivered. At this point, this is not a contract disputeit is the taking of a large sum of money with no intention or effort to perform the work agreed to. This conduct is deceptive, unethical, and feels indistinguishable from outright theft.
Do your homework before hiring this company. We were hired to complete several scopes of work and were not paid. Unfortunately, due to their lack of knowledge in this industry, they blamed the trades for their own mistakes.The structural framing was completely incorrect, proper shoring was not installed, and neighboring soil collapsed as a result. Concrete was poured eight inches too high over the doorway, causing the door to no longer close properly.The level of professionalism shown by Ahmad and Ali was unacceptable. Additionally, the positive reviews appear to be misleading and were posted by individuals associated with their own staff.
