Wow! What an awesome build and beautiful house. Stumbled across Dry Creek Ranch and got to meet Jake Johnston and Truely Loescher. Jake was amazing from Day 1. Everything was very well explained and informative. Whenever there was something that we needed or information to be had Jake was on it with no hesitation. A great person to work with and was there every step of the way! Made us feel welcomed!
We are new homeowners at River Park and had the pleasure of working with an amazing group of people at Boise Hunter Homes. It started with the sales team. Teresa was our first impression of BHH. She sealed the deal before we even saw the dirt or a model. We lived out of state and we thought it was going to be a challenge buying a home long distance. However, Teresa made it easy. She put us on FaceTime and 'drove' us through the community sharing the lots we were interested in, took us to theclubhouse and the river park in her little offroad vehicle.When we came up to purchase our new lot and home, we met Tina. Tina showed us a spec home of a brand new model - it was as if it was made for us. Teresa and Tina are true professionals - warm, welcoming, accommodating, and most importantly made our purchase process enjoyable and stress-free. We are now lucky to call them friends.The design process was a highlight for me. Our design team - Rachelle, Sara and Katja were a joy to work with. They made suggestions and recommendations but really took the time to make my vision come to life...we are grateful for such a wonderful, creative and fun team.On to the build process. Teresa sent us pictures every week to keep track of progress. We came up for our first inspection prior to sheetrock and met Jake, our project manager. No surprise, another delight. He walked us through our home highlighting all the customizations we made and ensured everything was as expected. He is patient, kind and very knowledgeable...and delivered a beautiful home on schedule.We met many BHH representatives throughout the whole process and each of them have left a positive impression.We are very happy to be a part of the RiverPark community...oh and the sunsets are incredible.

Since we were moving from out of state, having a team that was consistently available, responsive, and proactive made all the difference. Jake regularly took time out of his days off to answer questions, provide updates, and make sure nothing fell through the cracks. That level of commitment is rare.Any time an issue came up, whether it was item availability or a potential delay, Jake and his team went above and beyond by upgrading us to nicer finishes and better options, ultimately making our home even more beautiful than we originally imagined. Jake was exceptional with communication, transparency, and advocacy, always looking out for us as buyers and keeping us informed every step of the way.Our nine-month build plan went by smoothly and without stress, which says everything about the process they run. I would absolutely recommend Boise Hunter Homes to anyone, especially those looking to purchase in Dry Creek. If you have the chance to work with Jake Johnson, you’re in great hands.
I have tried to write and rewrite this review these last couple of weeks. I really wanted to covey our gratitude with our home buying experience...I hope it comes across as such. When my husband and I were back to looking for a home that fit our needs, we were not looking to build. This is not our first build, nor second third or fourth. We have not had the best experience with builders in the past, so we were trying to avoid it all costs. Until we met the team at Boise Hunter Homes. Our very first contact was with A.J.. Ultimately A.J. and his kindness is what brought us back to inquire more about what Boise Hunter Homes offered. And that is when it all fell into place. I couldn't express enough the wonderful experience we had with EACH and everyone that was involved with our building process. From the very beginning the kindness and patience Jake, Truely and A.J. showed us in sales made us feel like we were not just a number. That they genuinely cared about our experience.Gosh they were just so awesome! They didn't know we were going through a very difficult time and stressed to the max moving forward but they were so understanding, friendly and just such genuinely kind people! It truly felt like we were talking to friends, not just buying a house... which at that time little did they know ...we needed that.The wonderful experience didn't end there! Working in design with Katja and Rochelle was so awesome! Their knowledge, kindness and patience really kept the tone of the process!Throughout this process we have met the most absolutely wonderful people, and I hope to not exclude any one of them! Following through the rest of the build we mostly worked with Jaden! And Wow! His commitment to quality and service was nothing less than phenomenal! Not to mention a very awesome genuinely kind caring person who was very humble and praised his coworker Landon for all his hard work too! Such an amazing great team Boise Hunter homes offers! Totally tied the whole amazing experience together! Thank You Jake, Truely, A.J., Jaden, Landon. Katja, Rochelle, Thomas and everyone that helped us build a beautiful home.
