These guys are fantastic! I visited all the home dealers in billings, after a 10 minute conversation with Jason and his crew they had my business. Im now on my 3rd home with them. They are Straight up no BS, genuinely want to help you get into a home. Everyone one else was like a car dealer, sticker price looked good but the the extras they dont mention all add up. J&J was straight forward, x amount and it's set, level and hooked up. I highly recommend them and appreciate the honesty and ease of the transactions. Purchases like this can be stressful, these guys make it easy!!!

We give J&J Homes a 10 out of 10. Before choosing them, we truly did our homework we went to every modular home dealer in Billings and walked through EVERY single model possible. I felt very confident that we had researched all our options before making a decision.What really set J&J Homes apart was their willingness to customize. I had a floor plan that I liked but didn’t love, and they were more than happy to make major changes. We removed bathrooms, added a room, completely redesigned the layout of the kitchen, and throughout the entire process we were met with nothing but positive encouragement. Other companies we looked at allowed only minor changes! Nothing even close to the level of flexibility J&J Homes offered.The biggest differentiator, though, was that J&J Homes handles all of the site prep. Not having to coordinate dirt work, concrete, electrical, or building our garage was huge. Instead of trying to be our own contractor and stressing over timelines and payments, J&J Homes took care of everything. It allowed us to continue living our lives with our little kids while knowing the entire process was being handled professionally.In full transparency, from the day we ordered our home to the first night we slept in it was about seven months and the end result was absolutely worth it. We truly love our home, and J&J Homes made what could have been an overwhelming process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.We couldn’t be happier with our decision and would highly recommend J&J Homes to anyone considering a modular, manufactured, or mobile home.
