When we first looked at our house, the builders were very personable to talk to & Answered all questions we had about the construction & insulation. Even showed us a home that was not complete so we could see inside the walls. I've been in construction & feel they are made well & efficient. Any of the minor issues we have had were due to product issues rather than construction issues & Ed has been very helpful taking care of it. Ed Trout has been very helpful with extra requests & questions about our home. They even keep the roads plowed in the winter right up our driveway.
I fell in love with my home the first time I saw it. The design was exactly what I was looking for! It's beautiful & functions smoothly. We had a couple extra requests done that Ed fulfilled promptly & we greatly appreciated that! What's nice is All the homes are different, not cookie cutter homes, all the same. Made of good quality materials & energy efficient. It's a quiet little neighborhood here & we feel right at home. Thank you!

Just drove out to look at an eco built home and were confronted by a guy in a black truck telling us this is private property? We thought about buying one...but not after that!!!!
I purchased 2 used proto types of his Tiny homes 3 years ago,. These are perfect for my rental business. The quality and thought Ed puts into his homes is incredible. In addition when problems arose he was quick to fix it. My dealings with Ed have more than fair. He did things that he was not obligated to do. For example I had a micro burst tear some of my trim off and he was quick to respond. It looks great again. I am looking forward to purchasing a couple more in the future.
