First of all Daniel builds great homes that require little maintenance and even less energy than most homes on the market. The layouts and the homes are Smart. Years after each purchase, I reached out to Daniel for a survey and he was able to get this back to me the same day. Last week I needed a report from the original design of the foundation. Again he got back to me quickly during holiday season and explained exactly what the inspector to sell the house would need. He set this up and even secured $250 discount from the architect.
