Overall, my wife and I are very happy with our Mission home. The design is both functional and beautiful, with consistently high-quality materials. Shaun and Chandler were great to work with during the first-year warranty period. Most of our warranty issues were resolved quickly, including a window replacement following the discovery that one of our upstairs bedrooms lacked a functioning egress window.However, Mission’s handling of a leveling error in our primary shower was disappointing. The slope causes water to drain outside the shower, but Mission declined to correct it. Our home inspector confirmed this goes against best practice and generally does not meet quality standards. Unfortunately, my email request for further discussion with Mission on this matter was simply ignored.This was inconsistent with our otherwise positive experience with Mission’s team and was a disappointing way to close an overall good experience.
