Wow! All I can say is that we were blessed with the best team that took care of us from start to finish. As an Interior Designer, my expectations are set high and they exceeded every one of them. Hayden paid close attention to detail and was on top of every little thing. Kylee guided us through the process and answered all our questions. The house turned out amazing and we can't thank everyone enough.
We are home buyers in the community (closed in November 2023). Overall, we've had a positive experience building our home with David Weekley here.Quality of construction seems to be strong. Our realtor noted multiple times throughout construction that they noticed various investments in quality that they'd not seen compared to many other builders. We visited the home site frequently during the build, and our builder was prompt in addressing any concerns we noticed along the way.So far, after living in the home for two months, no major issues have surfaced, though our warranty service rep has been extremely responsive in taking care of the small items that have come up.Pricing seemed fair, certainly in line with other similar existing homes within the community.On top of that, we love living in Viridian! The location is fantastic (extremely central in the DFW area, HEB ISD is great), the community is gorgeous, and has tons of fun events/amenities our family has already enjoyed (at a relatively reasonable HOA fee).
Who doesn’t want to walk out of their home and look upon this beautiful lake setting. And to be able to do it from a David Weekley Home is icing on the cake. We are closing on our dream home in 5 days. It doesn't seem real, we are so happy with the build quality and the painless process with David Weekly. In particular Kylee and Hayden have both been absolutely amazing. Kylee was our sales consultant since day 1 and she was always available night and day to answer any questions we had. She has probably received and replied to over 1000 group text messages in the past year. Exceptional customer service, we love her! In addition to Kylee, I actually can't fathom a builder better than Hayden. He did everything we ever asked of him with our home. He wanted every single detail to be perfect and is still to this day, 5 days before close, working on some minor things to give us our perfect home. His attention to detail and work ethic have blown my mind. You want this man building your home.
