I had a great experience with this company. Steve is very knowledgeable and personable. He did not try to upsell me more than I needed, which was very much appreciated. He came back to check the job a week after completion to make sure everything was as expected and that I was happy with the work done.
Steve is a Professional but best of all he is a good, kind person. He help my Wife and I build our dream home, when he had other bigger more profitable projects. We saw Steve at a house he was completing. After discussions we decided to work with Boyd Custom Homes. Following the process with the architect we got started. This was a truly custom job.While going through the process as with anything nothing goes perfect but when there were problems Steve always worked with us to take care of the issues.I would definately recommend Boyd Custom Homes.
Steve Boyd is an extremely caring and conscientious builder. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, I have worked with many builders in my career, and none take as much thought and consideration into building the most quality home as Steve. He makes sure to never cut corners, and it is evident when you walk into one of his homes. Not only are they stunning inside and out, they are solid in structure. His clients are always pleased with the final product, and he is a joy to work with.
