Bought a house. Happy with the house generally. They made the buying process easy from their end.The only reason this isn't five stars is that Spinnell failed to let me know when I bought the house that I would have to pay them $200 to get a mailbox key from the post office or use a different mail service like a PO box at $200/year.Seriously, I spent 2 months working from offer to close and this little nugget of information could not be conveyed at any point???
We worked with Spinell to build a custom home. From start to finish the process took about a year and was completed on time as expected. We're incredibly happy with our home and with the workmanship of the Spinell crew. We selected a lot of pieces and components that required attention to detail and they certainly followed through. During the building process if there was something we felt needed to be changed it was done without issue. We are excited to be in our new home.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with our new home built by Spinell. We were able to take a floor plan we liked, but change it up to fit our needs. Everything is custom to us, from our countertops to our door handles!There were lots and lots of decisions to be made , many more than if you are buying a home. This is part of the fun, but also stressful! However, with Spinell you know they have your back so you don't have to worry.Communication with the Spinell team was easy and the responses prompt. Even when we decided to make changes to some flooring late in the build they talked us through our options and we worked it all out great.
We are currently building our home with Spinell. The process has been fantastic. It started with a wide range of floorplans that are easily customizable. They are upfront about cost and options and only use the highest quality of materials. They have kept us up to date with frequent correspondence and reached out to communicate whenever there are questions. I would highly recommend Spinell Homes, Inc as well as Questa Locke and her team. They have all been truly wonderful and have made this process enjoyable.
