Only a limited number of Picasso homes are built every year by Chris. Not for lack of demand as his wait list is rather extensive. But rather each of us who have built with him know the finished product is nothing short of masterful in design and construction. Limiting the number of projects allows Chris to focus upon the details of each build. We built our dream home with Chris--a home for which all future homes will be compared (and fall short). We, quite literally, told Chris that if we didn't build with him we would not build at all. You simply cannot match Chris' eye for design, his honesty, the passion he has for his craft, nor the quality of construction. Nothing is overlooked. Chris is truly an artist who deserves his reputation and elevated status as the best custom builder around.
My wife and I had a dream that we’d one day build a home by Picasso. Chris Martinez took us on and built us a wonderful family home. Chris and his team were entirely hands on from first design to completion. Chris listened to our wants, set us up with vendors to help us imagine our design, and kept our budget in mind. Chris and his team are perfectionists and have been diligent with maintaining a high standard that Picasso Homes are renowned for. Building a home is a substantial undertaking, and minor issues arise. This team has made sure minor issues didn’t turn into major issues. A simple thank you is so insufficient, but THANK YOU Chris, Ky and the entire team.
Chris was so professional when we built our custom home with him. He was always upfront about costs and the timeline. He worked well to organize all of the subs to keep our project running on time. It even finished a few days early. Picasso exceeded our expectations with quality of workmanship. Most people experience a lot of stress during the home building process, but I would do it all again with Chris in a heartbeat if he didn’t already build us our dream home!
Picasso Homes was a fantastic experience in every phase of building our new custom home: planning, permits, building, and maintenance of communication after our home was completed. He handled concerns as they arose and we never experienced the burden of working with different subcontractors and scheduling as Picasso handled every aspect of the build. It was built in the timeline that was given and unexpected costs were at a minimum. A recent detailed appraisal of our home showed excellent build quality with no concerns of developing issues. While we’re in our forever home, I would make Picasso Homes our #1 choice if we did this process again.
