Our experience building our new home with Scott and Las Ventanas during the pandemic was excellent. Following completion in 2022, we had a few maintenance issues (as one might expect with a new house), and their customer liaison, Dave Tapp, has been amazing! Dave is extremely responsive and proactive. He follows up on every issue and is always friendly and professional.

Beautiful architecture. My only complaint is that the back yards are too small and builder doesn't have premium lots nor larger yard options.
