Larry and Matt were great to work with through the entire build process. I have built a few homes and this experience was by far the easiest and most enjoyable. We were relocating from out of state, so Larry was exceptional at keeping us informed of progress being made and continually posting pictures for us to see, almost like we were right there. Chrissy was so fun to work with in the design center and really made the process fun and exciting. It was very important for us to build with a local builder and Abrazo really hit it out of the park! We are looking forward to many many years in our new home.
Larry was excellent! Larry always kept me in informed on the construction process and posted photo photos of all phases during the build process so I can conveniently look at how things were coming along. Larry and Abrazo were awesome to work with! Anytime I had concerns or questions they were immediately followed up with answers. I love my new home and would definitely recommend Abrazo homes!
I have been in the house for almost 2 months now. Looking back on the process, I must say, this experience has been the most positive, easy and exciting project i have ever been apart of. Starting with Larry Stapp who welcomed me in the model home and from day one showed patience and willingness to answer any and all questions from beginning to end! Larry was always there anytime and even on his days off during the entire process! Thank you Larry for your support then and continued support now! David the superintendent, was always on top of his game! He was always there for any questions from what was going to happen and through all the walk throughs and final walk through explaining the house! On top of the few things that needed to be addressed after closing and they were done! The design center was mentioned in my previous review, Chrissy was the best! The design center team are awesome and made the designing of my home easy. And now to see it all come into reality, the color tiles and the floors and cabinets! It made my house even more homey because of the design center's help me make my dream a reality! Last but certainly not least is Leslie in the Warranty department. She is your life line after closing! She is a rock star and always on top of any and all questions you may have. She has patience of a Saint! I appreciate you Leslie for your commitment of making sure any concerns or issues are addressed! The Abrazo builder is a company that stands for top quality and treats each home as their baby coming to birth. I appreciate the professionalism and the follow through and no games or run arounds. You can see in every employee at Abrazo, that they like working for this company and know that they are supported by the company and appreciated for their hard work and dedication to all the buyers, old and new, to ensure they are happy and love their home for days to come. We had a great experience. I’m very pleased with the whole process and staff. Larry went over and above to make sure we had any questions answered and was always available. I still contact Larry for questions just because I know how reliable and dedicated he is to addressing any needs we have. Chrissy was able to accommodate my wife’s vision of how she wanted our house to look. We went in thinking it wouldn’t be possible and left with almost everything we really wanted. Leslie has been very helpful with the couple of items we needed addressed after we moved in. She has stayed in constant contact with the vendors to get us ac replacement window that had a scratch and the HVAC company to adjust arrow to make the temperature more even throughout the house.
